MTNL New Plans Launched and Now Minimum Speed for Broadband is upgraded to 512

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) has upgraded the minimum broadband speeds to 512 Kbps for all their customers in Mumbai. MTNL have also launched 2 new limited plans and an 1Mbps unlimited plan.The MTNL DSL 250 plan and DSL 450 plan would offer up to 2 Mbps download speeds at a monthly rental of Rs.250 and Rs.450 with free data usage of 1 GB and 3 GB (charges after free usage as 50p/Mb and 30p/Mb) respectively.

The Unlimited combo plan offers Rent-free land line with 25 free calls and 1 Mbps download speed with Unlimited free usage at a monthly rental of Rs.995.
